Our Story

Founded in 2014, Moringa School was born out of a desire to tackle the tech talent shortage in Africa by creating an exceptional learning experience for young Africans. What started with just four students has become one of the continent’s leading EdTech boot camps, offering in-demand training in Software Engineering, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Product Design, and DevOps Engineering.

 

Over the years, we have established ourselves as Africa’s top tech boot camp, empowering thousands of students to break into the tech industry and thrive in global markets.

    WeCode Project – Kigali, Rwanda (2019 – 2021)

    WeCode is a programming training initiative for women run by the Rwandan Private Sector Federation (PSF) – ICT Chamber and funded by the German Development Institute (GIZ).     In early 2016, Moringa School announced its first major global partnership with Xccelerate, a coding bootcamp in Hong Kong.
