Bernard Kariuki
Director of Corporate Training & Business Development
Bernard is a leadership development expert with over 12 years of experience in management consultancy, executive talent development, and corporate training. As the Director of Corporate Training at Moringa School, he designs and delivers transformative programs that equip professionals with the skills needed to thrive in a dynamic workforce.
Previously, Bernard served as Head of Corporate Training Pan-African at the African Management Institute (AMI) and held a similar role at Strathmore University Business School, where he led leadership development programs for senior executives across Africa. His expertise spans organizational development, leadership strategy, high-performing teams, and work-life integration.
Bernard holds a Master’s in Management Organizational Development from USIU-Africa and a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa. He has also completed executive programs at Harvard Business School, GIBS – University of Pretoria, and Strathmore Business School.
Beyond his professional work, Bernard is committed to mentoring young leaders, actively guiding students at the MPESA Foundation Academy. His passion for leadership excellence and professional growth continues to shape individuals and organizations across Africa.
